I would like to thank you and your team and chefs for all their hard work in achieving a very successful evening for my colleagues last night. I have been informed that the buffet was very nice indeed, and they all had a great time. I'm sure the service was exceptional as always. I'm sure we will hold other future events at No.12 but wanted to pass on our thanks for all your staff's hard work last night. Thanks again.

Just a quick note to say thank you to all the staff (and particularly the Chef) for their work on Saturday night when my volleyball club had your upstairs area for our Christmas meal. Despite there being 26 of us all of the food came out on time and a number of people commented on how good it was. I am sure if you ever have problems people are quick to complain so I think it only fair that when we had such a good night that I drop you a line or two of praise. We were all impressed with the desserts being obviously home made (awesome brownie towers) and the sweet pastry twirls with the coffees was a nice, classy touch, oh and the sorbet was fantastic and I loved my starter (bacon and brie) and my poached fillet was large and well cooked. The two ladies who looked after our tables were friendly, efficient and attentive without being obtrusive. Just wanted to say thanks for a lovely lunch today - everyone's been saying how much they enjoyed it and we will definitely be back! Food was fab ans service was really pleasant- apologies for being one short on the pre order! Beth

I recently visited number 12 with my boyfriend initially for a quick drink but the menu sounded lovely so we went back for a second visit and ate in the restaurant upstairs. I couldn't fault the place at all. The food was brilliant, especially the steak, and the staff were really friendly too - something quite rare for a city central bar/restaurant. They even chilled my wine glass! My G/F & I went to number 12 before we we to the cinema last week & used a voucher from the Norwich Weekly. It was definately one of the best paellas I've ever tasted, & the deal is a bargain: Paella for 2 & a bottle of rioja for £22. the bar staff were really helpful offered for us to upgrade to a Rioja reserva if we wanted. but to be honest the standard one that we had was really nice anyway.....if there's another voucher in this weeks paper, we'll be going back for more this week
